Ingredients:

* 4 salmon fillets

* ½ cup pineapple juice

* ¼ cup honey

* 2 tbsp soy sauce

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

* 1 tbsp olive oil

* Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned), for topping

* Black sesame seeds, for garnish

* Fresh cilantro, chopped


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil.

3. Place salmon fillets in the baking dish and pour the marinade over the top.

4. Top each fillet with pineapple chunks and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

5. Broil for the last 1–2 minutes for a caramelized finish, if desired.

6. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro before serving.
