Ingredients:

* 1 box chocolate cake mix (or your favorite homemade recipe)
* Ingredients listed on cake mix box (usually eggs, oil, water)
*For the Peanut Butter Cream Layer:*
* 1 cup creamy peanut butter
* 8 oz cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup powdered sugar
* 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
*For the Chocolate Ganache Layer:*
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
*Toppings:*
* Fresh strawberries and blackberries
* Optional: crushed chocolate cookies or chopped peanuts
Instructions:
1. Prepare and bake the chocolate cake in a springform pan according to package instructions. Let it cool completely.
2. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
3. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cooled chocolate cake base. Chill for at least 1 hour.
4. For the ganache, heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 1–2 minutes. Stir until smooth and glossy.
5. Pour ganache over the peanut butter layer and smooth it out. Chill again until set (about 1 hour).
