Ingredients:
* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 cup cornstarch
* 2 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 2 large eggs
* 1/4 cup milk
* Vegetable oil for frying
**Honey Garlic Sauce:**
* 1/2 cup honey
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
Instructions:
1. Flatten chicken breasts slightly and cut in half if large.
2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. In another bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
4. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture. Repeat the process for a double crunch!
5. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken pieces for 6–8 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. While the chicken cooks, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer.
7. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.
8. Drizzle or toss fried chicken in the hot honey garlic sauce.
